From Labour to Refreshment
The function area is the social heart of the Hall, with a dance floor, a refreshment bar and a kitchen. It is used by the Masonic bodies for their festive evenings and by the Masonic Social Club, and is available for hire for functions large or small — parties, dinners and community events alike.

It is recorded that at a great Freemasons' Banquet held at Olympia, London, on 8th August 1925, some 3,500 plates, cups and glasses were broken by 2,000 cooks, porters and waitresses. I am sure that our stewards could do better than that.
