Installation Night, Friday 18th. November 2022.
On Friday 18th November 2022 the Officers of Chichester Council were installed
at Carrickfergus Masonic Centre. The Excellent King Companion Simon Fuller,
The High Priest E. Companion Humphries, and the Chief Scribe E. Companion
Alan Mounce were installed by the Installing Officer M.E. Companion Billy
Brown. The Excellent King then installed his officers. The Director of Ceremonies
was E. Companion Mark Trueick. After the ceremony the officers, members and
guests retired to the Dining Room where the usual Toasts were honoured and
responded to, the evening being concluded by the National Anthem. Catering was
supplied by K & L Catering which was much appreciated by all attending.

On Friday 15th November 2019 the Companions assembled at Carrickfergus Masonic Centre for the RAC Installation.

On Friday 16th November 2018 the Companions assembled at Carrickfergus Masonic Centre for the RAC Installation.
The Installing Officer was MEC Billy Brown who re-installed EK Chris Strugnel, HP John Humphreys and CS Mark Trueick.
Billy carried out his Installation duties in a most efficient manner as he always does in both the Craft and RAC.

Before closing VEC Harry Grainger briefed the Companions on a Remembrance trip he made to Ypres to a Remembrance Service and the Last Post Ceremony at the Menin Gate. Of the 300,000 British and Commonwealth soldiers killed in the Ypres Salient during the five battles that spanned the war, 100,000 bodies were never recovered. Harry also visited the Thiepval Tower where 5,500 Ulstermen gave their lives. Harry laid a wreath on behalf of the RW Provincial Grand Lodge of Antrim. The CS Mark Trueick then briefed the Companions on a Remembrance trip to Cyprus. A Remembrance Service was held at St Andrew�s Church, Kyrenia and wreath laying at the Church and Memorial Book. The events at St. Andrew�s and the Kyrenia Memorial were organised by the RBL Kyrenia Branch.

The proceeds were raised by the three Chapters at Carrickfergus Masonic Centre Carrickfergus 253, Chichester 313
and St. Andrew?s 1012.

Masonic Centre, Carrickfergus.
The Chapter was honoured with the attendance of the D.G.Chap, M.E. Comp. William Halliday
and V.E. Comp Selby Nesbitt and the event was very well attended.

Chichester RAC No. 313 held its 2008 Installation and Dinner at the
Masonic Centre, Carrickfergus.
The Chapter was honoured with the attendance of the D.G.K., M.E. Comp. E. C.
Ferguson and the event was very well attended. The D.O.C. Harry Grainger gave a tribute to the Late
V.E.C. Jim Adamson D.G. Stewart who was a regular attender at the Installation Convocation and other
Convocations throughout the year. Jim was saluted in a final salute from the Chapter where he was
held in so high regard.

The M.E.D.G.K. spoke of the work of V.E.C. Jim Adamson whom he had installed as D.G. Stewart
in January past and who had recently died. Jim did so much for all branches of Masonry in the Area and
he would also be missed at District Grand Chapter. He also spoke of E.C. Ken Humphries and how delighted
he was to see him at the Convocation and Dinner and how well he had acted as Janitor earlier in the
evening.

one of the senior members of the Chapter, V.E. Comp. George Graham, D.G.D.O.C. and V.E. Comp. J. H. Smith, and the event was very well attended.
